Draught proofing

The Victorian Energy Upgrades provides support to Victorians who install certain draught proofing and weather sealing products.

Solar power

A solar power feed-in tariff is a payment you receive from your electricity retailer (i.e. the company you receive your electricity bill from) for each unit of electricity your PV solar system exports to the grid.

Hot water systems

There are two incentives available to Victorians replacing an existing hot water system with either a solar hot water system or a heat-pump water heater.

  1. Small-scale Technology Certificates (STCs)
  2. Victorian Energy Efficiency Certificates (VEECs), also known as the Energy Saver Incentive.

Lighting

The Victorian Energy Efficiency Scheme will replace your old incandescent light globes with energy-saving globes free of charge.

Save water

The Victorian Energy Efficiency Scheme will replace your old showerheads with water-saving showerheads free of charge.
